Refund and Returns Policy

At UglySweater.Fashion, each item is made to order, which means we print and produce your products just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like size, color, or buyer’s remorse.

When Can You Request a Refund or Replacement?

We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

• The product arrives damaged or defective
• There’s a manufacturing error (e.g. misprint)
• The package is lost in transit with no tracking updates
• The item is returned due to carrier error or invalid address

To be eligible:

• Contact us within 30 days of receiving your item
• Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue
• Email us at: support@uglysweater.fashion

We’ll review your claim and offer a solution—either a replacement or full refund.

No Returns for Size or Color Exchanges

Since each item is made just for you, we can’t offer returns or exchanges if:

• You ordered the wrong size or color
• You changed your mind after ordering

Please use the size chart on each product page before placing your order to make sure everything fits just right.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived and:

• Tracking hasn’t updated
• It’s been more than 30 days past expected delivery

Please contact us at support@uglysweater.fashion within 30 days of the delivery estimate so we can investigate and help you out.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If your package is returned to us because of:

• An incorrect or incomplete address
• The package was unclaimed

We’ll notify you and offer to reship it once the address is corrected. Reshipping costs may apply.
